Get a PO box?

Does anyone use a PO box as their professional address? Like for licenses, NPI, DEA, etc? I'd rather patients not be able to look up where I live. It's about $200 per year where I live. (I'm starting as an attending in July.)

I have a PO box. I think it's $70/year, and is tax deductible as an independent contractor.

The hospital has mailboxes. Makes it easy.
