Getting a "C" on Medicine Shelf

How bad does this look to programs? I really studied my ass off for this test and I just to a comp exam the day after. I feel horrible because now I probably got, at best, a "B" on my IM core rotation... It's really scary for me since I was planning on applying into a more competitive residency. I also was going to get a LoR from that rotation as well but I don't know if that's a good idea anymore.... I need help...

I got an A in Surgery, Peds, & Family and a B+ in Psych. I'm still awaiting my OB grades but I but I got a "B" on that shelf.
