Im still in High School, but Im planing my future.

Do hospitals usually hire international doctors with a workers permit or a green card (american graduated)?

Before this gets moved, YES to both.
Its much easier though if you have the green card already so they dont have to sponser you with an H1B visa or some other form of worker's visa where they have to justify the hire.
A lot of the hospitals that are open to this are in rural areas with shortages where they have problems attracting American physicians to live and work.

At your level, you would have a harder time getting into and paying for med school without a green card than you would finding a job if you have the MD/DO already.
