I'm scheduled to take the PTCE on January 30th and then I plan on applying to a hospital for a pharmacy tech position. Right now I'm working at a YMCA part time. I have a bs in biology and a chemistry minor so I'm definitely qualified, but I don't have any experience.

Further, I applied to pharmacy school and am waiting on pharmcas to send my app. If I get a job as a pharm tech and get accepted to pharm school I don't think my employer will like if I work 4-5 months then leave and go off to school?

Are you asking a question or making a statement? I don't see a question, but I'll respond to what I would guess you are asking...

Until you get an acceptance letter, don't let your pursuit of pharmacy school affect your decision making. If you don't get accepted this time around, you will regret not pursuing other options. If you do get accepted, then it doesn't matter.

What I'm asking is will the pharmacy not like that I'll only be working there for 4 to 5 months? I'd assume they wouldn't. I'm pretty confident I'll get the job because my father is a pharmacist at the hospital I'm applying to, and he said not to mention that I'm applying to pharmacy school

Your father is offering you very sound advice. And like I said, if you don't happen to get accepted this time around (which of course we hope you do, but if you don't...) then you will be very thankful you took a job with (what I imagine to be) a higher salary. Plus you'll get some pharmacy experience as well, which never hurt anyone. Good luck!
