After getting an MSW, if I want to become a licensed clinical social worker, do I look for a supervisor in the state I want to be licensed in and ask them to be my supervisor for 2+ years? How does the process work? Or do you find work in the state and find a supervisor at that place? Is there another exam you have to take after getting the hours?
