I'm slowly but gradually getting better at PAT! (thanks to CDP)

but ANGLES is Still Killin' me 😡😡😡😡😡😡

still getting like 50%.... i dont have any tips, methods, techniques to attack this section.

I heard real DAT is even tougher on this section.🙁 instead of two choices having same angle choice, all four choices are different.

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!

should i just say f it! and then try to cut down my time on Angles??????

that way, i would have slightly more time on other sections which I can be better by practicing and focus more on those????????????

don't waste your time on angles. no matter how long you stare at it, it's not gonna help. just pick the best answer and move on so you have more time in other sections. in my experience, angles were similar to CDP though most have said that angles are harder. personally, i would work on TFE and keyholes, b/c i found those harder than CDP on the real deal. also, what i did for angles was just find the smallest angle and the largest angle and then determine the answer from there 🙂 (sorry if that's kind of obvious)

Lol, I seriously just came on this forum specifically to b!tch about angles; I'm glad I didn't have to make my own thread... I just took my 5th CDP test and I am doing very well on all of the sections besides angles. Like I'm talking ~14/15 on hole punching, etc, and then bam 6/15 angles lol..

I've found that the laptop technique works best for me, but it's so gd hard to tell the difference between two angles 5 degrees apart that are rotated completely differently.

I honestly don't know how some people can get a 23+ PAT score with these angles x_x

yep angles are basically the only thing on the PAT that I say is very very luck based. You can always narrow it down to 2 and unless you have some sort of bionic eye, it will usually be a 50/50 chance. Just remember that you should at most spend 5-7mins on this section for this reason. All of the other sections are doable and solvable. Oh if you're basing the difficulty on Crack Dat Pat just remember that there is really only like 5 hard angles, and the rest are somewhat doable. But I know i felt your frustration while practicing this, I would get 100% on hole punching and shape fitting, and miss like 75% of the angles. Luckily luck was on my side when I took the real thing.
