0% without an LOR from a podiatrist, it is mandatory. 100% with an LOR from a podiatrist. Your stats are good.
Luckily for you there is no minimum number of shadowing hours required, so if you can just shadow a podiatrist for a week and get that letter you'll be golden.

Go shadow a podiatrist and make sure this is really what you want to do. Don't think pod school will be a walk in the park. It is a lot of work.
