Getting into foreign dental schools

What is the deal with foreign dental schools? I've heard a lot about foreign medical schools but nothing about foreign dental schools? Are they much easier to get into? Would you consider going if you were not accepted into a U.S school? Tuition?

other than canadian schools, foreign scools are not really recognized and you would have to attend an extra 2 years of schooling when you get back at a 100 000 bucks a pop, and it is very competitive to get into them.

no I would not consider going to a foreign school unless I didn't care to return to the states.
