Getting into graduate school

I've been thinking off and on about trying to go for a PhD in medicinal chemistry after I get my PharmD.

Does anyone out there know what type of grades I should shoot for in pharmacy school to get accepted as a graduate somewhere? I'm at about 3.25 cumulative going into year two, semester two.

Does anybody know what schools on the East Coast or Midwest have good graduate programs?

I'm thinking similar things. 3.0+ GPA needed, nice GRE score, and previous research experience will all help.
