Getting into Med school from a state college

If I go to my state college, can I still get into a really good medical school like New York University Med or UCLA Med? I'm from Arizona and I am planning on attending University of Arizona for my undergrad. Please help me! Thanks!🙂

While really good medical schools aren't biased against state undergrads, they are biased against people who can't use the search function on SDN.

Also, it is considered poor form to display an SDN status beyond your actual current status (high school). For instance, although I hold an acceptance to medical school I would get reamed if I changed my status to Medical Student before orientation begins.

There should be a notice in large, bold, block letters at the top of the hSDN and Pre-Allo forum that reads

YOUR PERFORMANCE DETERMINES YOUR MED SCHOOL APPLICATION, NOT YOUR UNDERGRAD'S NAME
