getting invited for an interview

So about 6/15 of the schools i applied to have my app completed, and I'm anticipating my first interview/rejection notice within the next couple of weeks. HOWEVER, next week I will be going on a 3-week trip where I will have no access to a computer whatsoever! Should I be worried?

If you get an invite, I'm guessing you have a limited time to respond and ask for a date. Or do they set a date for you automatically? I may just have to call these schools up ....

Call and ask your close friend or family member to check your e-mail everyday. It'd be better than calling each of your 15 schools every other day and ask whether you got your interview date yet, IMO 🙂
