Getting licensed in the US as an International dentist

I'm a third year BDS student in the UAE and I have 2 more years to graduate. I want to move to the US after these 2 years and I would like to know what is the best route for me to get into an advanced standing program and which are the best colleges to do so? I also want to know if I can practice as a dental hygienist during the 2 years that I will be doing my DDS program in the US as an international dentist. I also want to know which exams I need to take to get in and everything that I need to do to increase my chances of getting in like research papers and shadowing.

I know there's a dental school in the UAE accredited by CODA. I don't know how difficult it is to get into that school. You should look it up and that way you should be good to go and not have to do an advance standing program.

Can you practice in the USA by going to that school?

I can't answer that 100%, but I don't see a problem. If you went to a CODA approved dental school, took all your board exams and have the papers to be in the U.S. legally I am pretty sure you're good to go.
