Step II Getting ready for Step 2

Our Step 1 is P/F thus all the eggs are in the Step 2 basket.

I have been going through UWorld on our rotations and hope to finish the first pass by mid June. Then it’s time to have about 4-5 weeks of deidacted study and take the beast on mid July.

I studied for Step 1 and passed. The problem is (and I can imagine many of us will have the same problem) I will never know how I did on Step 1 i.e. there is no objective measure what my base knowledge for Step 2 is. How much overlap is there between these two exams? Should I simltaneously review FA for Step 1 while studying for Step 2?

You can filter your Anking to cover all Step 1/Step 2 overlap. Only about 10k cards IIRC. A lot of the material is pretty general and mostly deals with diagnosis. Not necessary by any means, but might be helpful.

As for how you did on Step 1, I would jsut trust your pratice test scores leading up to the exam, especially if you did UWSA2 right before.
