Hello everyone! I am getting ready to apply for the 2019-2020 PTCAS application cycle. I was wondering how the observation hours verification worked? I saved all my PT's emails that I have observed and was wondering if it will send the verification email as soon as I enter it or if it will send the verification email after I submit my application? I wanted to give the PTs a head up so they know to look for the email.

Also, if any of the PTs prefer not to give out an email, is there a specific form that must be filled out, and if so, where do I find it?

You would send them an email link through PTCAS to verify your hours or you can print a form that is provided from PTCAS and hand it to the physical therapist. You would just have to scan it and upload it into PTCAS.

Once you put their email in and save that portion of the app, I beleive it automatically sends the email.

Thank you to both of you! I noticed the "delete" option disappeared from beside two of my logged observations, does that mean that the PT has signed it? If not, is there a way to know if they have?
