Getting Ready to Submit Application, but...(I have a Question!)

My premed advisor's letter is not on the AMCAS database, although I did designate her letter for some of the schools...Should I wait until AMCAS has it or can I just submit application & add the letter later?

Note: I don't even have an MCAT score yet...

just called amcas. yeah, you can add letters after submission.
