Getting stupider as 4th year passes by

Anyone else worry about this? I was the smartest I've ever been around september october, but since then my medical knowledge has started to deteriorate exponentially. Today, on ER, Dr. Ross was examining a little kid with blood in the urine and an abdominal mass and I was thinking UTI instead of Wilm's tumor! I mean, I know this thread is pretty stupid, but just something that gave me kind of a cold sweat this AM as I have nothing better to do...

BTW, I'm definitely done with all the learning I'm gonna do during medical school. I made a conscious decision to stop studying in November. How far will this downward slide go?
