Hello guys.
I plan to try to have my transcripts arrive at my selected schools in the 1st week of June. I want to know just what is the process. Are they uploaded to aadsas and they sent them out or do I need to specifically request for a copy to be mailed to each school respectively? Also, I have heard that some schools also want HS transcripts too? Any help will be greatly appreciated

So the way it worked last year was you just send transcripts to AADSAS and then they verify the info you entered about classes and then they send it to your designated schools. This is the slowest speed and limiting factor with applying. Since AAdsAS has to verify the info. You might be able to send it directly to school but they might not take them

Before you send a transcript request form to your undergrad, you have to wait and create an account with AADSAS first b/c you have to print out a Transcript Request Form from AADSAS and give that to your Registrar as well. The Registrar has to include this form with your transcript when they mail it to AADSAS. Once AADSAS receives this transcript request form and your official transcript, they will verify the grades you inputed into the coursework section on the AADSAS application with the transcript they receive. Also, your transcript won't be verified until you E-submit your AADSAS application.

So there's no point in requesting transcripts now?
Also, if I want to be considered an early applicant (the earlier the better, in my case!), should I pay extra to have them do a speed delivery of the transcripts to AADSAS? Is that even an option?

Thanks!

You have to wait until you create an AADSAS account and input each of your universities b/c each university will have its own transcript request form and you have to put your AADSAS number on it. I don't think it's necessary to pay extra for a speedy delivery (or if they even offer one), as long as you request it early enough. Also, you have to e-submit your application before AADSAS can verify your grades. So if your transcripts get to AADSAS before you e-submit, they can't do anything at that point.
