Gift ideas for new psychiatrists?

I'm looking for good ideas for my friend. She is starting a psych residency next month and I would like to get her something that she NEEDS (besides money, of course). Any suggestions on good psych-specific things?

But seriously--how about some nice CDs, books, or DVDs--to encourage her to take time for herself and have a life outside of psychiatry?

Most of the stuff she'll need (Kaplan & Sadock, epocrates, etc) will come from drug reps in the first few weeks/months. I like the idea of the relaxation items. Also, a gift certificate to Barnes & Noble or Amazon.com so she can buy some psychiatry books of her choice might be a big help. Then again, it's often possible to get these from the reps as well. She'll be doing a fair amount of internal medicine and neurology. You could consider a nice shiny new stethescope or professional neurology exam kit.
