I'm going to apply to post-bacc programs to do my premedical classes. Can you please give me a CLUE as to what level of school I may be able to gain acceptance to. Specifics would be great- but "you're too dumb for a good school" would sufice.

ME:
3.0 undergrad GPA
1370 SAT, 500V740Q4.5A GRE (some ask for these tests)
BA General Studies
Western Washington University
19 years old, did all 180 undergrad credits in 2 years

Thanks everyone!!!

All 180 credits in 2 years? Did you ever go outside and enjoy yourself? Anyway thats beside the point - most post-bacc programs will probably accept you, even the ones at "good schools" like Harvard Extension, Penn, etc. However, most schools will let pretty much anyone with a college degree that is in good academic standing at their undergrad school enroll and take classes, either in a formal post-bacc program or as an informal "special student." The one thing you might want to make certain of is that the post-bacc or special students are guaranteed to get into the classes they request. But what is the rush? You are only 19! Maybe you have life circumstances that forced you to graduate early - but if not, I say head out and travel the world and let loose. Med school will always be there.

Dont worry....I have a life too.

I actually ran in college (distance running) but I got hurt - which led to the desire to be a doctor- and i started doing these independent learning courses while I was in bed and on the couch. I just kept going....and when I finally started feeling better....I had done like 2 years of extra work.

Oh. I thought you were a troll. 180 creds in 2 years? Uh-huh.

read my post dummy, im looking for a post bacc program

Anybody else want to weigh in on what quality of program I could get into? It sure would be nice to get into a program that has a high acceptance rate into medical school.

Check out Bryn Mawr College, Goucher College, and Scripps College. All are feeder programs into medical school. I don't know of any besides Scripps that are on the west coast. Good luck!

can't beat Columbia
