Do dental admissions give a *woot* about dexterity skills? I don't mean PAT scores, rather ECs that portray dexerity skills (such as working as an auto mechanic, etc.)?

I don't think they really care at all. Virtually anybody can be "taught" the hand skills necessary to be a superior dentist. It's more practice than anything else.
