Hey all,
I’m a PGY2 resident looking into applying for Glaucoma fellowship and was wondering if anyone had insight into how competitive (specifically from a research standpoint) the field is. I’m at a mid-tier program and have minimal research (1 publication) at the moment. I’m working on a few projects which may or may not be published in the coming years, and just wanted to get some insight into others’ experiences.
