ok so, I know that prolactin inhibits GnRH secretion via a negative feedback.

What about GnRH's effects on prolactin? Does it have any? Is there a thing like "GnRH has an inhibitory effect on prolactin so if GnRH is decreased, prolactin will be increased?"

Basically, I wanna know the cause of gynecomastia in Klinefelter syndrome.

Thanks

I'd say high Estrogen to Testosterone ratio in Klinefelter syndrome.

***The major cause of gynecomastia is thought to be an altered imbalance between estrogen and androgen effects due to absolute increase in estrogen production, relative decrease in androgen production or a combination of both*** https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3987263/

I don't think prolactin has anything to do with gynecomastia in Klinefelter syndrome.
It's due to high estrogen just like in liver failure.
