While most people say they study all the time, I want to see what people did besides studying that scored high on their exams.

Did you just study 8 hours a day and then do nothing but sleep and eat

or did you study more or less than that, and not party but went out and hung out?

I think I will drive my self nuts if I just stay home and study 8-10 hours and just sleep and eat..

If you really study 8 hours a day, by the time you're done, eating and sleeping will be about the only things you'd wanna do!

Umm, I actually had a full time job, so I would wake up early and study, study on my lunch break, and stay up relatively late to study. It sucked but is doable. I didn't have a life for over 2 months

deff go out and relax at night. I dedicated most of the day to studying, then at about 8 or 9 pm I would do what I wanted. AA: 20

personally id tell you to relax a bit (after a certain point).. I studied non-stop for a month for 10-11 hours.. at the end i felt burned out and i didnt want to do anything.. i watched the world cup and avatar.. basically took a whole day break..

GOOD LUCK!

I started out waking up early, getting myself to the library to study, then studied more when I came home. But after a while, I got so tired and was totally burnt out. I tried not to stay out late and party. So definitely, give yourself some small breaks, your brain will thank you 🙂

I didn't have 1 drink the 37 days before my exam. Personally, I can't study with a hangover. Also, I study much better if I hadn't had any alcohol the past several days. Do fun stuff a few times per week but stay away from the booze. It definitely helped me and was completely worth it.

I studied all day ~7 hrs and at night just hung out. But made sure I got to sleep at a decent hour so it doesn't mess up next day's study time. Def no binge drinking or drugs. Keep the mind sharp! And take a day off from studying every week.

Personally I think that it's not good to just study without any free time. Therefore I'd recommend that you study and then go do something you find fun afterwards as long as it doesn't interrupt your study schedule for the next day. I haven't personally taken the exam yet but there are plenty of people who have studied for it while working or spending time with their families. Studying too much without giving yourself breaks only leads to burn out which is counter productive. Try to hit the sweet spot where you're studying enough and taking time off for yourself. I know for me that means studying until the evening and then hanging out.
