So my school brings in Kaplan professors during the month of May who go over all of the Kaplan review books in about 3 weeks (6 days a week) and then we get a full month to study on our own, or if you don't go to the reviews you would get 2 full months. I just took the NBME 7 yesterday and scored a 221 (which was a little lower than I thought it would be) so I'm not sure if going to the reviews or staying home would help more. Right now we are doing psych for 3 weeks, have 1 week off at the end of April and then the Kaplan people are here until the end of May. My scheduled test date is July 8th but I might move it up to the end of June.

Anyways, just looking for some advice from those with experience on whether it would be best to study at home or go to the Kaplan reviews based on my current scores. Just for reference I never went to class during years 1-2, I do have access to current online Kaplan lectures as well as the older Kaplan lectures with Raymon and I will be shooting for a 245+.

I never went to class either during med school but took the Kaplan live lectures. For some reason I thought I would attend them and change my habits. However after a week I went back to my old ways and just studied at home. So I would say if you never went to class during school this isn't going going to much of a difference. I wasted time going to class and being too tired to study when I got home. I really believe studying at home with the videos was a much better idea. With your current score you can probably boost it up with just reading Fa & UWorld.
