Hi my goal is to get 220 and over. I was wondering if these books are enough to get 220 or do I need more books to prepare me to get 220 on step 1.

I am using USMLE World planning to do it 2X
BRS physio
RR Path with golijan audio
Microbiology made ridicuously easy
First Aid
Lippencott Pharm
First Aid questions and answers
NBME exams

I hope this will be enough.

I wish there were a cookbook for scores, but unfortunately there isn't. Your score is not going to be determined by just what resources you use, but how well you learn them, how well you did in the first two years, your innate intelligence, and your focus.

Having said that, most of the people I've seen using the above resources DO score above a 220. Just keep in mind though that most of the people who end up posting their scores are proud of them. (no one wants to post their experience with getting a 205)

Work hard, do the absolute best you can do, and be adaptable.

The only thing I would change is to possibly add a neuro supplement (HY Neuro?) or a Biochem supplement (RR Biochem?). - take what I say with a grain of salt though. I haven't taken the exam.

I'm screwed
