friggin kaplan. of the last self-test (50 questions, all specialties) from my step 2cs, 16 were unanalyzed. in other words, 16 wasted opportunities to know if i should worry about questions im getting wrong. 5 questions awaiting data from other students, no prob; i understand, you gotta have QC/QA and stuff, and i gotta study what i dont know regardless (and i do). 10 ... borderline. 15, unacceptable. wouldnt be a problem, except those kinds of questions tend to be more oblique than not.
when creating a random test, there should be some sort of mechanism that restricts the # of unanalyzed questions.
yes, i already entered a complaint through my kaplan account. this will speed things up hopefully.
