Going Crazy over Ranking... Help needed urgently...

I am really going crazy over this and I don't want to make any rash decisions just before the NRMP ranking closes. Can anyone PM me for some advice? I can give you all the details (specifically, the programs I am contemplating between, the preliminaries I interviewed at, and my stats). Thanks!
