Going into 3rd year

Going into my third year having completed 59 credits Canadian student, and my overall GPA is at 3.05, i don't know if this is the path to continue on at this point. I was on a roll this year but due to unforseen circumstances and medical reasons I screwed up big time. So I'm really gonna buckle down and give it my all this year but am I truly being realistic.

Well, if you get all As your GPA will be ~3.5 which is fine for American schools
