going out is not that important to me. I am not a big social drinker . If I lived right next to the beach then I might be tempted to blow school off more. But sine i live in the most boring town on the face of the earth I don't mind staying home and reading my notes.

Well, I defenitley encourage poeple to go out. Otherwise, you will be very, very burned out by your second year. I went out during my first year almost every weekend. Second year a bit less, and third even less ( I am so old now 🙂 ). Now, when I say going out, I don't always mean going to a bar and getting drunk. I mean, go out and do something other than school at least once per week. Do whatever you like to do; go watch a Cubs game( can you tell I'm in Chicago), go to the beach, go dancing, go watch the football game with friends, etc. Make sure to use this time! Trust me, when you are on rotations or finished, you will look back and wish you could go out and have fun like you could during school(happened to me last night, went to the Cubs game and was insanily jealous at all the people who could stay out, drink, and have fun all night, where I had to be home so I could go to bed and get up at 5:15 🙁). Also, make sure to make friends while at school, it could be a lonely 4 years if you don't make the effort to hang out and meet people in your class.
Cheers to all! Hope this helps!

Didn't he get slapped by a sexual harrassment lawsuit? I think they mentioned that on "I love the 90's"
