Gold standard crash course quality?

Just received scores today for MCAT... need to retake in a month. Do you think the Gold Standard MCAT crash course would be a good choice? I need to improve both C/P and CARS sections.

Identify your needed areas of improvement and self-study before you dump money into a course. What did you score and what's your target? Usually 1 month isn't enough time to improve very much unless something unexpected happened on your test day.
