Goljan audio, review or sole source?

So how exactly do people use goljan audio? I have a transcript with me and it seems pretty good. I also have the original book but honestly it's way too big. So I was wondering how do most students use goljan audio, without the book? Is it just a review? Or is it used a sole source for learning?

Classwork during second year. Then, FA + uworld as sole learning sources +/- pathoma +/- goljian audio

I would never advise anyone to use Goljan audio as a sole source of learning. It's not nearly complete enough. It is excellent for solidifying important patterns and relationships (connecting the dots, so to speak). I read my class notes to make sure I'm covering everything I need to for exams, go through Pathoma, maybe hit RR depending on how I feel, and then finish up with Goljan audio to tie everything together.
