First question (probably been asked and gone unanswered before:
--- Anyone know where to find Goljan HY for Step 2?

Second question:
---- Anyone use and find value in Goljan HY for Step 1 while studying for Step2?

I think I recall him mentioning that pathogenesis is still quite relevant on Step 2 - thus I thought maybe his Step 1 HY's would be benificial... waste of time or no??
