Goljan +/- Pathoma or Pass lectures?? Too much?

I have 4 weeks of studying left and giving up on reading anything except First Aid and Uworld questions. Got a 139 on my practice NBME at my halfway point, need a new strategy.

I have been listening to Goljan audio and wondering if I should add Pathoma or Pass lectures? At this point, should I replace Goljan with Pathoma? I just never heard of Pathoma before but everybody here seems to be raving about him. My older siblings both used Goljan and swear by him so I am so confused. Pass seems more comprehensive and I need to relearn Biochem, microbio, etc.

Any thoughts will be grately appreciated!

Pathoma is new thats why your siblings havnt heard of him. That resource has had the highest impact on my learning 2nd yr of med school
