Was looking at the difference between RR 4th(newest) edition, and 3rd. Any major differences? seems like just much more detailed info in 4th compared to 3rd, anyone else notice anything? im studying for step 1 btw.

Get the 4th, its worth it with the extra images and diagrams. Also, a few schools I know have it on ebook and thus its free for those students.
