goljan 4th edition has the easy readability of the 2nd with the info of the 3rd. It's by far the best path text atm. Pathoma is basically new goljan audio.
There's a huge difference between 3rd and 4th editions. There are more words and more pictures which matters because the exam is moving towards short, uninformative question stems for audios and pictures from what I saw. I didn't have time to get through the book although I did most of the audio. I think the book would have gotten me a few more points (skimmed it)
