If by legit you mean the guy won't take your money and run, I dunno.

If by legit you mean legal, then definitely not. In fact, the website you linked to goes the extra distance of trying to turn a profit on someone else's work, which is far beyond the line for me.

Most of the stuff advertised is easily found online after either spending enough time on torrents or just knowing the right people at school. Goljan doesn't do Step 2/3 lectures anymore, but I think you'd be sort of a sucker if you bought this.
