I used it and it was not very beneficial. I dont know about the notes. I just had the audio and it was kind of messed up. I think I was missing many of the lectures and could never get the right lecture to play after each other. Hope this helps.
I tried to listen to it- but it was out of order, not really that great. So I only spent maybe 2 hours with it. Only used kaplan books and usmleworld. Thats all you need!
