I am listening to his audio, and I think they are great, but did anyone of you who used it see exam questions of the things he emphasizes will show up on the test?

yes.

it's difficult to say "oh yeah, i specifically remember goljan speaking about that" when you're taking the exam.

the absolute one thing that sticks out in my mind was him saying in hematology: "if you see a picture of a neutrophil, ALWAYS count the lobes". the first question of one of my blocks had a pmn picture and the first thing i did was count the lobes, which was >6, so i knew right away what the answer would be!
