I am considering purchasing an android phone, and I think it would be useful to help out with Step 1 studying. I always have my phone on me, so I feel like in my downtime I could easily pull up some flash cards, or go through some question banks, or anything else that could help with Step 1.

Do you know any good Apps, pay or free, for the Android? Also, what is the best App to create your own flashcards with in order to view on the Android? I don't have one yet, so looking for some insight before I purchase!

I wasn't able to find anything for Android very useful during my studying, but maybe you'll have some better luck.. I rarely needed it though.. I pretty much studied from books and when I had to go walk around and wanted to study, I would take pictures with my phone's camera of the pages so that I could keep reviewing tricky subjects while I walked home, went on errands, etc..

You really don't need anything like this. All the information you need is in the popular review books. In fact, it would just be a distraction aside from having to look things up on wikipedia.
