Please do a search of this topic, on the (L) hand side. This topic has been discussed ad nauseaum. Also, please see Value MD. Also it is best if you do your own independent research.

Some of the things you need to research is:
1. which states you can practice in
2. the board accreditation of the school, California, NY
3. usmle pass rate and average scores
4. yrs school has been in buisness
5. contact past grads
6. clinical sites
7. how open the school is about their stats
8. look at the schools match list
9. e-mail the profs
10. since your undergrad is UCLA, make sure the grads can go to California. In your case California accreditation is the most impt! There are a lot of SGU grads in Cali, with Saba just recently making a break through (this is how point 4 comes into factor) & don't say it's not impt for me to go back home, trust me, been there, done that, it's impt...

It is always best to formulate your own assesment, so you can make your own plan!
