Good Certificates or Education for inpatient Pharmacy

Boss is allowing some cash for certificates or online classes for pharmacy inpatient topics. I would like infectious disease, critical care, but am I open to hospital knowledge. What is good out there? Also acting as CE would be good but secondary? (This is not for accredited school.)

I wasn't thinking spectacular, just ones that would have some cache on a resume, provide CE or have some educational value. The employer would cover the costs...
