I was wondering if someone could offer their thoughts on good resources (for the 3rd year med student level) on the following clinical topics:

EKGs

Antibiotics: what to use for different diseases, coverage

CXR/CT Interpretation

EKGs- Dale Dubin's book rapid intepretation of EKGs is a classic. Also www.skillstat.com . If you want to find a specific patter just google it. Learntheheart.com is another good resource

Antibiotics- medscape is free, if you really want to get into it than the stanford guide

CXR/CT - www.learningradiology.com , One night in the ED is a cool app for CTs as well
