Anyone know what is considered a "good" Comlex score? I know 400 is passing, 500 is the mean, but what would be comparable to, say a 240 on the USMLE?

That would depend on the residency program you apply to. If they know about the COMLEX, there is some leeway. I am taking a guess that a 240 on the USMLE would probably be equivalent to a 680 on the COMLEX (if that is even possible). But, realistically speaking, ~2700 Osteo students at max take the COMLEX each year. Probably around ~18,000 take the USMLE. I don't see how the 2 can even be compared. In my opinion, I think that DO students would be wise to take the USMLE as well to cover their bases just in case they want to apply for allopathic programs that would rather compare USMLE scores.
