McCracken's is a decent RPD book. Our CD book was too expensive, so I didn't buy it and don't remember the name/author. Our professors all put together manuals, too. Check your dental library to see what you like.

We use Partial Removable Prosthodontics by James Kratochvil. It's out of print but you may find a used copy on amazon or ebay. The pros department here loves it so they got Kratochvil's permission to xerox it.

i recommend hopping on the british dental journal website or hard copy in your libraries and their should be a denture clinical lecture series with like 10 articles. up to date and awesome! plus mckrackens is good. 😉

McCracken is pretty much the standard for removale. Kratochvil is a basic text that refers to the RPI concept. You may want something more broadly based like McCracken. Also Zarb(bouchers) denture text is pretty much the standard.

Try getting hold of a 9th/10th Ed Bouchers for Complete Denture. That is a fab book.

Also try Winkler.
