at most programs the answer would be no.
some programs may accept this but it is likely a small list.
direct health care experience generally means things along the lines of emt, cna, paramedic, resp. therapist, lpn, rn, etc
pharm tech is more secretarial in nature, along the lines of er scribe or medical receptionist.

Thank you :) I don't necessarily mean will it count toward my "health care experience" hours, but more if it would be noteworthy on an application. The pharm tech is in addition to hours as an EMT & volunteering in a hospital. Like count as valuable work experience. I'm guessing it would look better than cashier at the mall right?
