I've been memorizing the 25 reactions in destroyer+doing the roadmaps daily as well as doing a few E1,E2,SN1,SN2 mechanisms everyday, but there are still a few that I don't really understand too well. Like a simmons smith reaction and a CH2N2 with heat reaction(diazomethane with an alkene) giving the same products or a clemmenson doing the same as a nitrobenzene reduction.
