You need an unrestricted license. Your best option is to talk to other residents in your program.

Depending on the state, your training license may allow you to moonlight internally in the institution at which you are training. My training program had internal moonlighting, so it is possible For moonlighting outside the institution, malpractice insurance and unrestricted medical license are required.
