Good Intro Text

For someone who is considering anesthesia (after completing 3 weeks of anesthesia as part of my 12 wk Sx rotation), what would be a good text to read prior to 4th yr electives?....I am deciding between

A. Clinical Anesthesiology (Lange Book) or

B. Baby Miller

I am going to buy a copy of MGH Handbook, but I also want a good text for my level. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Baby Miller is an easier read, but if you're sure you are going to go into anesthesiology, I would start on the Lange book. Those residents in my residency who read that book early and had time to review it have scored consistently the highest on the boards (50, 47, 43).
