I recently finished my General Surgery Training and was looking over my case logs and thought, "What are good numbers?" Just wandering how many cases a surgical resident typically graduates with.

Myself:
Total: 2,000+
Major: 1,012

TJM, those are very respectable numbers.

Here's a link to a previous thread where this was discussed in detail....notice we didn't really come to an agreement on the relative importance of volume.
