Good online/virtual rotations that have a flexible schedule?

I have a few 2 week spots in my schedule for 4th year with nothing. I’d love to take advantage of my 4 weeks of online rotations allowed by my school. Any recommendations for interesting virtual rotations that allow for a mid-month start time? Any virtual rotation reccs at all? I wouldn’t mind if it were possible to do all the work in a few days and spend the rest of the time on “educational enrichment”, in Puerto Rico for example.
